Design and build of forty five, one bed, two person apartments.​

Alderley Group have undertaken the design and build of a 3 story apartment block for forty five one-bed and two bed apartments. Construction has commenced on the site. The apartments will be tailored towards an over 55's Scheme, with a preference to over 65's first.

The site was formerly a Farm and consists of land that was previously neglected and overgrown former farmland and is subject to fly-tipping. It is in an area within easy walking and cycling distance of a wide range of facilities. Complete Construction successfully worked collaboratively to overcome challenges with Housing21 on our second scheme together, as well as the local planning officers who have been paramount in the successful planning approval for this project. We also worked with a number of other key parties including: MB Serv, Cheshire Planning Solutions and Warrington Borough Council.
