AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Affordable housing is housing which is deemed affordable to those with a median household income or below as rated by the national government or a local government by a recognized housing affordability index.
ASSISTED LIVING RESIDENCE
An assisted living residence or assisted living facility is a housing facility for people with disabilities or for adults who cannot or who choose not to live independently.
CARE HOME
A care home is a facility for the residential care of elderly or disabled people. Care homes may also be referred to as skilled nursing facility, long-term care facilities, old people’s homes, rest homes, convalescent homes or convalescent care.
