Alderley Group have partnered with Livv Housing Group for the first time to design and build sixty seven apartments situated in Warrington.

 

Howley Lane, Warrington is a beautifully designed over 55 scheme in the heart of Warrington. Made up of sixty-seven, one and two-bed apartments situated across four floors, with plenty of communal areas for residents to relax and enjoy.

 

During the design period Alderley Group liaised closely with Livv Housing Group to produce a scheme suitable to their requirements, resulting in a carefully crafted scheme suitable for residents aged fifty-five and over.

 

Complete Construction will carry out the construction works, working tightly to programme and budget.
