The old Vicarage on Palmyra Square in Warrington is our third JCT D&B contract with Torus Group adding a further 23 affordable units to our immediate pipeline with this specific client.

 

Our architect and lead consultant Keith Davidson Partnership produced a design for twenty-three apartments spread across six floors all the while being sympathetic to its local surrounding and the already built-up Warrington town centre. Further to Alderley Group gaining planning permission and Torus purchasing the land, Complete Construction, Alderley Group’s in-house construction arm agreed to a design and build package for the works.

 

The old Vicarage is to be demolished by a local sub-contractor benefiting the local economy further, resulting in the creation of jobs. Further to the demolition section of works being conculded Complete Construction will progress through the wider construction programme.
