Design and build of thirty-nine, one bed, two person apartments.​

Alderley Group undertook the design and build of thirty-nine one-bed and two bed apartments in one six-storey block on a tight city centre site with the former basement needing remediation works. Works also included associated drainage, external works and incoming services.

The site was formerly a Lloyds Bank, and the homes were then constructed using Modern Method of Construction including a steel frame, concrete floors, MVHR units, Cladding, SFS with construction scheduled to complete in October 2023. Complete Construction successfully worked collaboratively to overcome challenges with Torus Group on our second scheme together.
