Alderley Group have partnered with Housing 21 for the first time to design and build forty apartments situated in Knowsley, Liverpool.

 

The Orchard, Huyton is a beautifully designed over 55 scheme in the heart of Knowsley to be developed on the old college’s sports hall and tennis courts, formerly made redundant by the relocation of the college. Made up of forty, one and two-bed apartments situated across three floors, with plenty of communal areas for residents to relax and enjoy.

 

During the design period Alderley Group liaised closely with Housing 21 to produce a scheme suitable to their requirements, resulting in a carefully crafted scheme suitable for residents aged fifty-five and over.

 

Complete Construction will carry out the construction works, working tightly to programme and budget.
