Working with our partners
We wouldn’t be able to deliver such affordable housing in Warrington if it wasn’t for our close partnership with local housing associations, including Torus and many others.
The first of these three buildings is a stunning redevelopment on Manchester Road. We will take what was once a forgotten and derelict pub on a piece of land and transform it into 30 superb one and two-bedroom apartments.
Working with our partner, Torus, these Warrington apartments will offer affordable housing for local people in need of accommodation. They will be built to an extremely high standard and situated in the heart of Warrington’s suburbs, a short drive from the town centre. Plus, buyers can move in straight away!
The project will be completed just in time for Christmas move-ins!
We are embarking on this project in close collaboration with Torus to provide more affordable housing in Warrington town centre.
The Town Hill development will be the largest of all three, made up of 39 stunning apartments across seven floors, all of which will contain one to two bedrooms each.
The building has a modern and sleek look, offering its future residents a home to be proud of. It is just a short five-minute walk away from Warrington Central station, making it an ideal location for commuters.
The steel frame and concrete floors are currently being installed, along with the building envelope, to maintain and protect the building’s structure.
We recently completed demolition works to transform the site where the old Vicarage lay, on Palmyra square in the heart of the town centre. This scheme will be our third Warrington Housing development with Torus, a growth and regeneration group committed to creating sustainable housing.
The demolition (which has now taken place) will make room for a new development consisting of 23 one and two-bedroom affordable apartments in Warrington. They will be ready for residents to move in right away.
The building will have floor-to-ceiling windows, making the apartments bright and airy. Like all our developments, it will have a modern look, blending perfectly with the surrounding buildings.
The Vicarage project is moving extremely quickly, so stay tuned for more updates in the coming weeks!
